The registration fee covers access to all conference sessions and keynotes, conference materials, meals, networking events, the farewell event, access to recorded sessions for six months post-conference, and a certificate of participation.
Yes, cancellations made by June 30, 2025, will receive a full refund minus a $250 administrative fee. Cancellations between July 1 and July 31, 2025, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after August 1, 2025.
Yes, we offer a 5% discount for groups of 3-5 from the same organization and a 10% discount for groups of 6 or more. Please contact our registration team for more details.

Yes, we welcome proposals for half-day workshops. There is an additional fee of $400 for exclusive workshops, and proposals will be reviewed for relevance and fit with the conference themes.

We will provide a list of recommended hotels close to the confirmed venue in Prague. Special rates for conference attendees may be available.
Transportation from the airport is not included, but we will offer guidance on the best options for reaching the venue. Public transport and taxi services are readily available in Prague.
Depending on your country of origin, you may require a visa to enter the Czech Republic. We recommend checking with your local consulate. If needed, we can provide an invitation letter to support your visa application.
We prioritize the health and safety of our attendees. Updated COVID-19 protocols will be provided closer to the event, in alignment with local health regulations.
Yes, meals and refreshments are provided throughout the conference. The farewell event will feature local Czech specialties and is included in the registration fee.
Absolutely! There are dedicated networking breaks, mixers, and the farewell event where attendees can connect with industry professionals and peers. This final event will also provide a relaxed setting for continued networking.
The dress code is business casual. For the farewell event, attendees are encouraged to dress in business or evening attire.
All in-person attendees will have access to recorded sessions for six months after the conference. We currently do not offer an online-only registration option.
