What is the Bioinspired Frontiers conference about?

The Bioinspired Frontiers conference is an international event focused on the intersection of space economy, extraterrestrial resources, and biomimicry. When and where is the conference taking place?

The conference will be held from Wednesday, August 20, to Friday, August 22, 2025. The exact venue will be confirmed shortly and will be conveniently located within Prague, Czech Republic.

Registration

How can I register for the conference?

Visit the Registration section on our website to complete your registration. Early bird rates are available until March 31, 2025.

What are the registration fees?

Please see our Registration section for detailed pricing information. Early bird, standard, and late registration rates are available for industry professionals, academics, and students.

What is included in the registration fee?

The registration fee covers access to all conference sessions and keynotes, conference materials, meals, networking events, the farewell event, access to recorded sessions for six months post-conference, and a certificate of participation.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes, cancellations made by June 30, 2025, will receive a full refund minus a $250 administrative fee. Cancellations between July 1 and July 31, 2025, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after August 1, 2025.

Are there group discounts available?

Yes, we offer a 5% discount for groups of 3-5 from the same organization and a 10% discount for groups of 6 or more. Please contact our registration team for more details.

Speakers

How can I apply to speak at the conference?

If you're interested in speaking at Bioinspired Frontiers, please contact us with your credentials and proposed topic. We’re always on the lookout for frontier and emerging speakers who bring fresh perspectives to our themes.

Can I hold a workshop at the conference?

Yes, we welcome proposals for half-day workshops. There is an additional fee of $400 for exclusive workshops, and proposals will be reviewed for relevance and fit with the conference themes.

What kind of audience should I expect for my presentation?

Our audience consists of a diverse mix of industry professionals, researchers, and students from the fields of biomimicry, space economy, and sustainability. You can expect an engaged and curious group of attendees.

Travel and Accommodation

Are there any recommended hotels for the conference?

We will provide a list of recommended hotels close to the confirmed venue in Prague. Special rates for conference attendees may be available.

Is airport transportation provided?

Transportation from the airport is not included, but we will offer guidance on the best options for reaching the venue. Public transport and taxi services are readily available in Prague.

Do international attendees need a visa to attend?

Depending on your country of origin, you may require a visa to enter the Czech Republic. We recommend checking with your local consulate. If needed, we can provide an invitation letter to support your visa application.

On-Site Experience

What COVID-19 protocols will be in place?

We prioritize the health and safety of our attendees. Updated COVID-19 protocols will be provided closer to the event, in alignment with local health regulations.

Will meals be provided?

Yes, meals and refreshments are provided throughout the conference. The farewell event will feature local Czech specialties and is included in the registration fee.

Are there networking opportunities?

Absolutely! There are dedicated networking breaks, mixers, and the farewell event where attendees can connect with industry professionals and peers. This final event will also provide a relaxed setting for continued networking.

Miscellaneous

Will there be a dress code?

The dress code is business casual. For the farewell event, attendees are encouraged to dress in business or evening attire.

Can I access the conference sessions online?

All in-person attendees will have access to recorded sessions for six months after the conference. We currently do not offer an online-only registration option.
